Nice quiet neighborhood, the apartments are nice, the maintenance crew is good, they fix things quickly, the office people are also nice. The rent is not cheap, but probably not the most expensive either.

Great apartment complex in a safe area. Close walk to Herrods Hill Park which is really nice. Two pools and a newly renovated gym which are all well maintained. They also host fun events like luau nights and (my favorite) corn hole tournaments. Definitely recommend for people in all stages of life!
